Last Saturday I spent a lovely day with a great group of ladies from the Victorian Cake Decorators Association at their Christmas in July craft day. The day was hosted by the Casey branch and they did a marvellous job. The quilt as you go hexagon coasters were a hit and even the non sewers were happy with what they achieved. I only wish that I had thought to take some photos of the day. On Sunday I did manage to take some photos of the samples that I took with me before I had to take them back to the shop. Yesterday morning I quickly uploaded them to our Christmas Patterns album which needs some much needed updating. I had planned to post yesterday afternoon but you guessed it I got sidetracked. I was having too much fun playing with some wool felt. More on that later. Although strictly speaking these aren't patterns I thought I would add photos of some of the panels that we have at the shop.
