Wow what a fantastic night. About 50 of us gathered for the launch of Gail’s first book Basket of Blooms. We were able to seat about half with standing room only for the rest of us whilst Gail spoke about her journey and then was able to mingle and sign her books.
Thank you to Gail for allowing us to hold this event for her and also to all who braved the wet weather to come especially Vicki and Sharon who drove up from Geelong. Thanks also to Willy, Diane, Ramona, Sue G and Gail who stayed behind to help put our classroom back to normal and with the clean up.
If you would like your own personalised copy of Gail’s book, contact us by Saturday September 12 and we will be able to arrange this for you. Cost of the book is $29.95 plus postage if you require it.

Well that’s all for me this morning, we always seem to be playing catch up with the blog, all great intentions and time slips away. No excuses really, this is the way it is for now. Our recent arrivals of fabric have included 16 bolts of Vine Creek by Kansas Troubles, 14 bolts of Holly Jolly Snowman by Kathy Schmidt, 11 bolts of Stone Cottage, 9 bolts of Hoffman Festival of Winter, 9 bolts of Blessings by Brannock and Patek, 11 bolts ofFlower Sugar by Lecien and 9 bolts of Bouncing Baby Flannel. We also have had lots of new patterns arrive. Our felted wool is becoming very popular and we are expanding our range of threads. Well that’s it for now, Cheers Sandra
