I HATE FOOTBALL, I HATE FOOTBALL.....

Maybe if I say it often enough, I might believe it.  What a waste of a year, what a waste of emotions.  I'm supposed to enjoy my weekends, not go through this c..p!!! Now to have to go through all this again for another week, I'm already sleep deprived.  Is anyone else feeling this way?  I have to try and concentrate on the newsletter it's already getting close to deadline, Sandra will sack me oh good.

Anyway   GO PIES  for a second time.

Workshop with Sue Daley

Last Thursday night at the shop Sue Daley from Patchwork with Busyfingers held a trunk show of some of her magnificent quilts.  Here is Sue with a work in progress ½” hexagons surrounding ¼” hexagon centre. 

 
Then yesterday 17 lovely ladies joined Sue for her workshop.

 
 
Lesley and I were very impressed with what everyone achieved yesterday and are itching to have a go ourselves.  We will have to start an English Paper Piecing club so we can play too.  Thanks Sue for a wonderful day.  Cheers Sandra and Lesley

 

The continuing saga......

What is is with me and technology, now the computer at the shop is on the blink. Hence this post is from my iPhone I hope it works ok. I'm not sure how the photos are going to work with this post so here goes.
We are really looking forward to Sue Daley's workshop and trunk show next week The workshop is booked out but we still have a few places left for the trunk show on Thursday 23rd at 7.30pm.
We are hoping to have all of next terms samples in the shop soon. Here is a taste if what's to come. Gail's Little Bird Block Keeper.
